& Background
Rocio Cartolin, the visionary CEO and Owner of Rocio's Family Child Care, brings over 15 years of invaluable experience to her role. EEC and CDA licensed, Rocio's journey is marked by a deep passion for early childhood education. Her international background, including work with children in NGOs in Peru and studies in education in the USA, enriches her approach. With a medical background, she understands the importance of child health and well-being. Rocio's decision to start her own childcare business was driven by a genuine love for children and a desire to provide them with a strong foundation for their future. She believes in fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills.
